Integration Partner organizations are IT services organizations (System Integrators) which integrate iCore Process Server into the customer's existing systems. These organizations normally focus on a services-only strategy, with a major part of the revenue coming from the services they provide. These partners have strong technical capabilities, with the ability to integrate new software into existing MRP/ERP/SCM and other systems.
The primary responsibilities of an Integration Partner include: technical implementation, project management, requirements analysis, gateway development and implementation, iCore Process Server installation, testing and providing a first line customer support.
