The end-solution is delivered by the developing party. The actual implementation of the platform and the solution is usually performed on site where the solution is to be hosted. However, it may be done remotely. Remote implementation requires proper administration rights for the server where the iCore solution is to reside. Regardless of the way the implementation and delivery is performed, we recommend that in-house personnel are in place to follow and support the implementation. In-house testing is done to verify the ability of the solution. The iCore solution has very good built-in test functionality.
During the delivery phase, in-house personnel should be involved in the quality testing needed for acceptance of the solution. After acceptance, the complete solution and administration is formally handed over to the in-house personnel.
Training of in-house staff is carried out before the solution and administration is handed over.
