
Mentorship for our customer and partner organizations has become a vital part of our role as business partners. Due to our vast experience from the more than 1.500 integration projects that we have been part of, we are able to provide a lot of know-how into projects. The role as mentor varies from case to case. Some examples are:
- To help develop Business Integration strategies
- To fulfill business strategies with the right kind of IT-solution
- To transfer know-how of business integration and SOA, etc
The actual mentorship is conducted in many different ways. All depending on the type of help the customers and/or the partners need. Mentorship may be performed:
- As an active team member of a project team
- As traditional consulting
- As scheduled training
- As tailor-made in-house training
