    Chairman

    Lawyer and co-owner of the law firm Advokatfirman Wåhlin. Lars Wåhlin has twenty year's experience in practicing business law; specializing in commercial and insolvency law. Lars Wåhlin holds several company board positions.

  • Mikael Boquist

    Member of the board

    Mikael Boquist has been in the e-business and logistics market since 1987. Started his career at Volvo Car Corp. and continued to Strålfors System 1989 and held various management positions until 1999.

    Mikael has been responsible for system development, marketing, sales and technical consulting departments since 1990. He was part of the Executive Management team at Strålfors and Client Computing.

  • Håkan Holm

    Member of the board

    Håkan Holm has more than 20 year's experience from software development. CTO at Strålfors System for five years and the originator of several standardized systems for e-business integration.

    Håkan has held appointments as Manager of software development departments, systems engineer and as developer and creator of several software systems in electronic commerce, traceability, workshop reporting and labelling solutions. He was part of the executive management team at Strålfors System.

  • Thomas Madsen

    Member of the board

    Thomas Madsen has worked with sales and marketing since the early eighties and has held several management positions since 1989 at, for example, Moore Paragon and Strålfors System.

    Thomas started as sales manager and was given the responsibility to build a Stockholm branch at Strålfors System 1995. He was responsible for starting an electronic document handling business unit during the last two years at Strålfors and was part of the executive management team at Strålfors System.
