iCore e-invoice solution at Abstracta Lammhults
The Abstracta Division at Lammhults Möbel develops and markets
products for visual communication and creative interior design. The
need for an e-invoicing solution was initiated when one of the
major customers requested to get invoices in digital format.
As a Danske Bank customer, Abstracta chose the iCore/Danske Bank
e-invoicing solution, which is a B2B solution that enables
organizations to send electronic invoices through a secure bank
channel. Abstracta wanted a fully automated solution, which
required as little monitoring as possible. Consequently, the
solution is set up so that iCore Integration Suite takes care of
the invoice as soon as it is sent from the ERP system Dynamics NAV
at Abstracta.
"A major advantage with this solution is that we can easily add
more customers whenever they are ready for electronic invoicing.
That makes us well prepared for the future. A second customer has
recently expressed an interest and since the basic configuration of
the solution has already been made, our next e-invoice receiver
will be up and running in no time", says Yngvi Fridriksson,
IT manager at the Abstracta Division at Lammhults.
