Improvement in 1st line support - with new employee

We are pleased to welcome Hans Wallinder to iCore Solutions. Hans has long and solid experience from technical support at many well known companies, the latest being Canal Digital, Eurosko AS and Hogia PA Systems. He has good technical know-how and has also worked as a Web designer/Web developer. Hans is a meticulous, structured and reliable person - who truly enjoys giving customer support and solving incidents.

With Hans taking over the responsibility for 1st line support, we hope to improve the overall administration of incidents. With this change, our intention is to further improve the customer experience at our Service Desk.
