Master Subcontractor Service Agreement with Salesforce
In May 2011, iCore Solutions reinforced the partnership with
Salesforce.com by signing a Master Subcontractor Service Agreement
(MSSA).
The MSSA will allow iCore to work as a subcontractor to
Salesforce.com in Salesforce integration projects. The agreement
will also open up for a closer cooperation with Salesforce.com
outside the Nordic countries.
"More and more organisations use CRM services from Salesforce.
Cloud services are simply a new, very rational way of working.
Cloud services typically provide increased availability, impressive
scalability and enhanced speed when setting up solutions. But to
fully reap the benefits, there must be integration with and
automated information transfer to and from internal administrative
systems, for example ERP or accounting systems, or other cloud
solutions. At iCore, we have the tools for secure integration in
both directions, with ready-made accelerators facilitating the
work. With the new agreement we will be able to work in closer
cooperation with Salesforce and that will, of course, gain the end
customers. We are very positive to our reinforced cooperation with
Salesforc.com, says Carl-Adam Wachtmeister, Key Account Manager and
responsible for Salesforce cooperation at iCore Solutions.
