Cloud solutions/iCore-as-a-Service (iCaaS) - modern integration with full security

iCore Solutions offer integration as a Cloud Solution. We call this iCore as a Service (iCaaS) and it means that customers subscribe to the integration service, which is being accessed through a Web browser.

With iCore as a Service, you pay a regular subscription fee. So, there are no initial investment costs for software installation or any need for local hard- or software.

Our two most popular iCaaS Solutions are:

- iCore as a Service (iCaaS) for B2B/EDI
- iCore Salesforce Solution

Why integration as a service?
Instead of investing in new software, many organizations have started using software services "on demand". This type of Internet solution has several names; it may be called Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Service on demand or Cloud Solution. It allows activities across an organization, regardless of unit, juridical company or geographic location, to be coordinated in one place that is easily accessed from anywhere in the world.

Also integration may be used as a service. There are different reasons for choosing this option. For example, organizations may wish to keep the actual connection between external partners and internal applications on the outside of the company firewalls, primarily for security reasons. Another common argument is the accessibility. The services on the web may be used by any unit anywhere in the world, without installing any software locally.

iCore as a Service (iCaaS)
Like all solutions from iCore, the iCaaS Solutions have outstanding track & trace, alarm and log functions. Customer unique track & trace features are easily configured in a way that supports the business in the most efficient way. All data going through the system leaves a full audit trail, with a level of detail configured to suit your needs.

The built-in alarm function may be set to automatically send an alert if something goes wrong. The alarm may be sent as an e-mail, text message (sms) or any other message type. It can be directed to one or several receivers - with one person receiving an e mail, whereas the other one gets a text message. All adapted to the individual preferences.
