iCore solved e-commerce challenges for Bergans of Norway
Bergans of Norway needed to find a flexible and future-proof e-commerce solution. Based on personal recommendations, the company decided to entrust iCore with its business-critical processes. Bergans of Norway has a long tradition of producing and selling outdoor equipment. The company started as a manufacturer of backpacks 110 years ago. Today, they have a wide selection of products, from clothing to sleeping bags and high-quality tents. A large portion of their sales takes place online.

Until now, Bergans' e-commerce solution has been built on individual integrations between systems. When they wanted to replace a system, the connection between systems needed to be completely redesigned, costing both time and money. The new integration platform makes adding and replacing applications and functions much more manageable. For Bergans, this means increased security and a more frictionless business process.

Espen Jensen believes that many companies in a similar situation would benefit from a more flexible solution. When the team at Bergans began investigating their options for the future, Espen approached friends and acquaintances in his personal network. The name that kept coming up was iCore.
