ERP and Finance

ERP systems, or business systems, manage the company's most important business processes. Business systems often handle data in real time across different departments (manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, etc.), and therefore often need to be integrated with many other more specialized systems as well as with customers and suppliers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

CRM systems help you manage your customer relationships and marketing activities. CRM systems are often integrated with ERP, WMS and e-commerce platforms.

E-commerce (platforms / marketplaces)

E-commerce is, simply put, the activity of electronically buying or selling products via online services. Typical business scenarios are Business-to-business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C), buying and selling. The e-commerce platform often interacts with systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS and PIM.

Product Information Management (PIM)

A PIM system can be described as a central hub for product data used to distribute information to sales channels such as e-commerce websites, product catalogs, social media marketplaces, and electronic data feeds to trading partners.

Point of Sale (POS)

A POS system (point of sale system) makes it possible to receive payments from customers and keep track of sales. The POS system is advantageously integrated with other systems in the "order to cash" process.

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

A warehouse management system (WMS) is designed to support and optimize warehouse functionality and manage distribution centers. A WMS needs to interact with several systems in the IT environment, such as ERP, CRM, PIM and e-commerce platform.

Transport Management System (TMS)

A transport management system (TMS) is a subset of supply chain management and is often included as part of the business system. TMS systems are often integrated with ERP, WMS and third-party logistics

Accounts payable automation involves using software to digitize the invoicing process to suppliers to create faster and more cost-effective workflows.

Fintech

Fintech applications specialize in the automation of financial processes (e.g. cash management) and payment solutions in various industries. They need to be integrated with, among other things, ERP and credit institutions.
