Twilfit becomes more efficient with iCore Integration Suite
With more than fifty stores located all over Sweden, a wide product range and a comprehensive register system, Twilfit saw the advantages of adapting an integration strategy using a well-proven and secure integration platform. They chose iCore Integration Suite for the task.
With iCore, Twilfit has been able to launch three major, successful integration projects involving integrations between: Dynamics NAV (the central ERP system).
Extenda Retail (a suite of products that sees the register system as a strategic business application for customer relations, market communications and increased store effectiveness),
Darwin (a PDA system for tracking sales and purchasing) and third party logistics communication with Schenker.
"It's been challenging for us to get our IT systems to talk to each other in a good way. With iCore, we get a smart system which helps us decouple our IT systems and lets us reuse a lot of the work. Today we feel that we are in control of what is happening in our everyday business", says the company CIO. The projects have been very successful collaborations between Twilfit, iCore and Cosmo Consult.
"Our integration projects are far from simple and require unique solutions for each situation. But we still haven't faced a challenge that iCore hasn't been able to solve, says Krister Lann, CIO at BabyBjörn."
